He’s very personable and also explained things to me in language I could understand. Many tradesmen will speak to you in jargon that you can’t!
We have a flat on the southside of Glasgow and he replaced a gas boiler for us and boxed in the pipework which was previously exposed underneath the old boiler - so it’s much neater now.
A couple of months later, the old electric shower went on the blink and I had no hesitation in contacting him again. I appreciate that he’s a ‘gas’ engineer but he could replace the electric shower too. He made it very straightforward and it was clean, neat and tidy.

They came out and helped diagnosed the problem swiftly and repaired.
